Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By you using and/or registering to this website is it assumed you have agreed to the conditions outlined below.

www.sourcetickets.co.uk is owned and controlled by Source Tickets Ltd ("us", "our" or "we"). We are a company registered in England, our registered address is 4 - 6 Rose Yard, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 4HN, UK.

Purchasing Tickets

To place an order you need to register an account on the website to have the option of purchasing tickets.
Your name and email may be added to the promoters database to send you emails regarding their future events.
We reserve the right to cancel any tickets ordered that appear to be made fraudulently.

The promoter reserves the right for the headline artist(s) to change.

Event Admission

In order to gain admission to any event you will need to have Photo ID (Driving License/Passport) along with your e-ticket/paper ticket.
The person who placed the order will need to be the first to attend for the remaining group to gain entry.
All events are 18+ only unless otherwise stated on the event information page.

You may be searched when gaining admission to the event, if you refuse to be searched you may not gain entry.
Any abusive, threatening or any other antisocial behavior will also cause you to be refused entry.
If you are found to be carrying any weapons or items that could be used as a weapon will be confiscated and reported to the Police.

Last entry for tickets will be announced on the event page you're purchasing for via www.sourcetickets.co.uk underneath the artwork, although in some cases last entry will be announced closer to the event date. For queries please email contact@thesourcebar.co.uk

Venues

Venues reserve the right to refuse entry.
ID Scan may be in operation, which will be put on the venues database.
The venue may have official videos recorded and photos taken during the event, these may be used at a later date around the world which could contain your picture and/or voice.
Loud music, smoke machines and strobing may be in use at the venue.

Scannet

By allowing us to SCAN NET your ID (scanning and retaining your details) you agree to the following:
1) Permission to use your information for marketing; this means that this venue will send you up to mailed invitations to events at this venue
2) That we can share your information with other venues should you be banned from this venue or through Pubwatch or The Safer Clubbing at Night Network (SCAN NET)
3) That we can share this information with police and local authorities in the event of an incident

If you do not wish to receive marketing information you can be removed from our marketing list any time. If you would like to be removed, ask a member of the management team or contact us at our address or request at the time of scanning.

The 2003 Licensing Act covers four main principles, one of which is the protection of children. This venue and it’s staff has a legal obligation to ensure that we do not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 years. Additionally we are required by law to prevent crime and disorder, prevent public nuisance and have an obligation to public safety. To assist us in complying with these legal obligations, we may require you to produce Passport, Driving License, PASS ID or other National Identification, which may be processed through SCAN NET.

SCANNET OPERATING IN THIS VENUE

SCAN NET is a computer system which takes a scanned copy of the identification you present us with, checks your age and whether you are listed on our database of people who have been barred from this venue and alerts created by other venues in the SCAN NET. SCAN NET is used to help us achieve or aim of providing a safe and enjoyable environment for our customers, where only those people who are admitted are of legal age and are unlikely to interrupt other customer’s enjoyment.

SCANNET IS VOLUNTARY

You are not obliged to permit us to scan your identification through SCAN NET. By permitting us to scan your ID, we will use your information for the following reasons: your personal safety; a log of customers on our premises, to assist with police and the other local authorities where a request has been made, to create an alert to be shared with other venues should you be barred from this venue and we deem it would benefit the public and staff and to assist in fulfilling any of the four main principles of the 2003 Act for marketing statistics; direct mailing of marketing information relating to this business.

THE SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We will do our best to keep your information secure and will only use it for the stated purposes for which it was gathered, we will not take your information out of the EU and we will keep your information for only as long as the statute of limitations on personal injuries is set, which will mean a maximum of 3 years, normally your information is reviewed within 6 months of non-activity. You may have access to the information we hold on you at any time by making a written request to our data controller. Should you wish to be omitted from marketing you may contact us at any time, by contacting the venue manager or by writing to us at the address detailed below.

Refunds

Tickets cannot be refunded unless one of the following applies:
1. The event is cancelled;
2. The event changes date and/or venue;

Only the face value of the ticket(s) can be refunded if 1 and/or 2 occurs.
The booking fees (10% of the total) are non-refundable.

If any changes occur you will be contacted as soon as possible with the email provided on your Source Tickets account.

Refunds are the responsibility of the promoter and event organsier, not that of Source Tickets, Source Tickets Ltd.

Ticket refund requests can only be issued within 28 days of the original event date. A request will be only accepted if it meets the requirements stated above.

Ticket Transfers

Tickets can be transferred by emailing us at: help@sourcetickets.co.uk
If your ticket type selection is Barcoded there is a £2.50 admin charge to change the ticket holder details.
If you have selected paper tickets to be dispatched for you, we are unable to change the ticket information once tickets have been dispatched, you will need to know the original ticket holders full name and address inc. postcode.
