When do my tickets arrive?

All tickets are sent via email. If you have selected e-ticket your confirmation email will act as your ticket.

If you selected barcoded then they will arrive within 72 working hours which has a PDF file to print and bring to the event to be scanned entry.

I can't attend anymore, can I get a refund?

Once tickets have been purchased refunds can't be issued unless the event is cancelled, the date and/or venue changes.

We do now offer a ticket selling service. Please complete the sales request form to see if we can re-buy your ticket. Terms apply.

My email/tickets haven't arrived. What do I do?

We would ask you to allow 24 hours for your email to arrive, if it doesn't check your Spam/Junk folder. If it's still not there please email us with your Order ID.

The ticket shows the cardholders name, not mine. Is this okay?

Yes, if the ticket has the cardholders name on and not yours this isn't a problem.

What cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard & Maestro.
